It is not held to the end: every $10,000 the site takes releases $2,000 against a hospital invoice, so the first transfer happens long before the last slot is sold — and if the last slot never sells, the money has gone out anyway. No money is handed over in cash. Each transfer pays a named hospital invoice for one child, and both the invoice and the bank confirmation are published here — the proof is issued by the hospital, not by us.
No transfer is due yet — the site has taken $100 of its first $10,000. At today's total the eventual 20% is $20.
